Brought expensive floor lamp, plus hefty delivery charge added. Lamp is very poorly finished with scuff marks and tarnished. Contacted customer services twice and still no reply. Not good enough, poor service.

Purchased a bath mat spending more than I ordinarily would. I think it was £35. Appalling quality. After one wash (as per instructions) the fibres were everywhere distorting the design. I washed it a further three times with no improvement. Subsequently it went in the refuse as I couldn’t be bothered returning.I did inform RSG through direct contact as feedback should be important to ensure quality control of chosen stock, and for other customers assistance. My additional ‘review’ posted via the website was never posted! Hmmm a lack of integrity I feel.I’ve purchased a good few items from RSG but do think the quality is slipping and becoming a little too ‘novelty’.Having looked for other slogan style bath mats within the same price point, it seems a recurring problem in their manufacture. I’m still looking for one ?In response to your reply RSG I spoke directly with your customer service team on the number provided on your website who suggested the item was not laundered correctly! I also posted a review directly to your website for the product. I noted it didn’t appear so thought ‘innocently’ perhaps it wasn’t received. I therefore provided another, which also ‘never’ appeared on your web page.

Website was easy to navigate and beautifully designed. Checkout was super streamlined and quick! Will definitely be back after payday...

This year because of RSG and their amazing, quirky, classy or fun stock ,has resulted in presents for family and friends that I know will please them. Because of shielding I was worried I should be unable to buy anything. What a company, an issue dealt with with speed and humour, parcels arrive on time with superb packing....the list goes on.
